該離子風(fēng)槍主要用于清潔敏感部件和材料，同時(shí)消除其靜電荷，使部件更容易清潔干凈，并防止灰塵顆粒重新吸附。因使用自動(dòng)感應(yīng)方式，省去人工控制，提高生產(chǎn)效率。由于是采用紅外漫反射感應(yīng)原理控制，所以本產(chǎn)品不適用于對(duì)紅外線反射性能很差的物體。
Automatic responsive ion dust blowoff gun employs infrared rays to detect the static charges on the surface of objects and neutralize them quickly. This unit is designed to eliminate static charges on sensitive parts or materials and facilitate the cleaning wipes by preventing dust particles from electrostatic attraction.
The automatic responsive function offers greater efficiency than manual control function. This unit is not suitable for objects with bad infrared reflection.
